Reservation requests will be considered only if accompanied
by a one night deposit
JULY & AUGUST
Vessels under 50 feet: $4.25 per foot, per night.
Vessels 50 feet to 99 feet $4.65 per foot
Vessels 100 feet & over $5.00 per foot.
This rate includes water, cable, internet. Bulk rate
is available upon request for fuel.
All deposits will be applied to the FIRST day of your visit.
No refunds on early departures or late arrivals. MasterCard, Visa, AmEx
accepted.

POLICY:
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to
arrival will be charged for the first night's stay. If you must
cancel or change your arrival date on the day of arrival, please
call before 10 a.m.
** NOTE: WE MUST HAVE YOUR OVERALL LENGTH INCLUDING THE SWIM PLATFORM
AND BOW PULPIT. IF YOU ARRIVE AND NEED ADDITIONAL SPACE, WE CANNOT
HONOR YOUR RESERVATION AND YOUR FIRST NIGHT'S DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

Dockage at the Marina
is at your own risk, any vessel docked at this facility is docked
at the owner's sole risk. The facility operator & owner are
not responsible, nor do they assume any liability, for damages caused
by fire, theft, casualty, or any other cause whatsoever with respect
to any person, its vessel, or its contents docked at this facility.
Rafting is at the discretion of the Dock Master. Rates are subject
to change without notice. |
